Power Packed Breakfast Mix

Full of protein and natural goodness, this bowl of breakfast magic will keep you satisfied till lunch. Makes 2 servings.
You will need the following ingredients :
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
1/4 Cup Hemp Seeds
1/4 Cup Almonds, chopped
2 Tablespoons, Flaxseed, ground
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 Cup Hot Water
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
Liquid Stevia to taste if required
1 Small Apple, grated or chopped
Combine chia, coconut, hemp, almonds, flaxseed and cinnamon in a bowl. Pour the hot water over the mixture add the Stevia (if needed) and coconut milk and mix well.
Let it stand for 5 minutes and top with grated apple and tuck in!
