Nuts, Banana, Yoghurt and LSA

LSA is a mixture of linseed (flax seed), sunflower seeds and almonds all ground up together. You can buy it pre-mixed in healthfood stores (there is a mix by linwoods), or you could make it yourself if you wanted to.
Take one banana and half a cup of natural or soya yoghurt and then sprinkle with 1 – 2 tbsp of LSA! done!
