Mulled Wine & Chilli Martini

I had no idea how much I would love this Festive Martini … Mulled Wine & Chilli … Yuuuumo
The first thing you will need to do is prepare a bottle of chilli vodka, I use Russian Standard and add 10-20 chilli’s (I like it hot) to a bottle and allow the flavour to develop. This is best done a few days before you need the vodka.
You will then need a mulled wine syrup, some ice, chilled water and a cocktail shaker or blender.
1/2 cup of Mulled Wine Syrup
1/2 cup of Chilled Water
1/2 cup of Ice
Maraschino Cherry’s & Toothpicks to decorate
