Live Natural Yoghurt / Soya Yoghurt with Fruit

Another super simple breakfast idea

yoghurt and fruit

You will need:

1/2 cup live natural Yoghurt (or soya yoghurt)

1 Apple

1 Pear

10 Grapes

1 Kiwi

1 Passion fruit

 

Peel, core and chop the apple, pear and kiwi in small pieces. Chop the grapes in half and scoop the seeds out of the passion fruit.

Put the yoghurt in a bowl and top with the fruits and finally add the passion fruit seeds and you are good to go! Simple, tasty and nutritious!
