Breakfast Mush

So easy and so delicious!

You will need:

1/2 cup Pitted prunes

Apple juice

handful of Spelt flakes

handful of Nuts and seeds

a dash of Soya or other non-dairy milk

Soak the prunes overnight in enough apple juice to cover them. In the morning drain any remaining juice from the prunes (don’t throw this away – drink it or pop it in a smoothie) and pop in a bowl. Add the spelt flakes, nuts and seeds and mix well together. Add a dash of non-dairy milk and serve!
